Cape RADD (Research and Diver Development) is a passionate sister company to Impact Divers, both committed to protecting and preserving our oceans. Sharing facilities and resources, the two organizations work together to promote marine conservation and raise awareness about the importance of preserving marine biodiversity. Whislt having lots of fun and teaching recreational divers tips and knowledge on the ecosystem as they learn.

One of the standout aspects of Cape RADD is its focus on engaging the diving community in marine research through Citizen Science projects. Their team of experienced marine biologists actively invites divers of all skill levels to contribute to ongoing data collection, giving everyday divers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the protection of ocean life. These projects focus on everything from monitoring fish populations to tracking the health of kelp forests, providing vital data that helps shape marine conservation efforts. And whats cool, is our Impact Divers Guests can get involved in assisting and 'giving back' to marine conservation.

Sometime this is done through encouraging divers to participate in these hands-on research initiatives, but sometimes it can be completly passive. Such as strapping a data logger on your tank whislt you enjoy your dive, or sticking a GoPro on you.

The relationship between Cape RADD and Impact Divers not only fosters a deeper understanding of marine ecosystems but also empowers individuals to become advocates for ocean conservation. This collaborative approach between Cape RADD and Impact Divers is a powerful example of how combining passion for diving with science can create a meaningful difference in safeguarding our oceans for future generations.
